My Favourite Vegan Superfood Recipes

It has been said that there are many foods which are so important to human health that they must be included in a superfood green list. However, I have noticed that most of these superfoods are not available in stores in the US. This makes them very difficult to acquire, especially for someone new to vegetarianism. Fortunately, there is a vegan superfood list that I have used to create my own personal collection of the healthiest foods on the planet. My superfood list includes five superfoods which should be part of any vegans grocery list.

If you are looking for a quick and easy vegan superfood recipe to help you wake up each morning feeling full and ready to tackle the day, try my vegan oatmeal. As it's loaded with healthy, delicious, wholesome wholefoods and is colorful and vibrant too, is packed full of nutrients and keeps you fuller for longer! Made using oats or quinoa, nuts and seeds, and topped off with fresh yoghurt, fresh fruit and seed butter. Makes a delicious vegan oatmeal breakfast!

My favorite vegan superfood is called Biona, which is made from crushed red pepper, cashews, almonds and water. This delicious recipe is so tasty, you will want to eat it every day of your life. One of my favorite things about B Fiona is that it keeps me feeling full even when I eat a smaller meal. With a Biona recipe, you can have satisfying meals without feeling stuffed. A great tip for cooking B Fiona is to soak dry fruit in water and chop into smaller pieces prior to cooking.

Another superfood I am extremely excited to introduce to my readers and fans is the benefits of blueberries. They are packed with many nutrients including antioxidants, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and many others. It is one of my absolute favorite foods because it makes me feel full when I eat it, but also has many wonderful tasting qualities as well. Blueberries can be used in a variety of different recipes; from smoothies, ice creams, pies, you name it! You can visit this link to see more varieties of vegan superfoods you can buy.

The last two on my vegan superfood list are strawberries and bilberries. As you probably know, strawberries are known for their incredible sweet flavor, which is perfect for a delicious vegan dessert. You can try a vegan blueberry pie, ice cream, or berry smoothie bowl for an extra sweet treat. Bilberries are known as another excellent source of antioxidant vitamins and other nutrients.

Finally, there is my favorite superfood of all, chia pudding. Chia Pudding is made by using nutritional yeast, which is very easy to make. If you are looking for a great tasting vegan recipe, then this is it. If you try this recipe for your superfoods or superfood Smoothie Bowl, I guarantee that you will not be disappointed!
